Sidewalk Chalk

1 cup plaster of paris (don't pack)
1/2 cup cool water
2-3 TBS liquid tempera ( or 1-2 tsp. powder tempra)
2-3 Drops soap (makes chalk lighter, easier to clean up)
Plastic spoons or craft sticks for stirring Molds.

Put plaster, paint, water and soap in bowl, mix well.
Pour into molds and let dry several hours or overnight, depending on the size of mold. Molds can be just about anything:
TP rolls with foil covering one end.
Small dixie cups...expecially plastic ones.
The best so far is laundry scoops (the kind that come in dry detergent ). You can layer several different colors in them. Candy molds work.
